Did you buy a second home in Nice used by yourself or your family? You live on the French Riviera and you need some assistance to resolve your day-to-day problems ? è Our property assistance services can be helpful
Are you renting your property in Nice ? è Our rental services can be helpful
Our role is to represent our property owners in all matters where they are unable or unwilling to be present and to ensure that they are able to enjoy their home in the secure knowledge that their property and their personal best interests are properly protected.
Ø Key holding Keys are safely guarded and are made available to owners or guests Visits for house inspection: switching appliances, plant watering... Monthly report detailing everything regarding the property
Ø Administration Translation for day-to-day situations, important documents, Assistance to coordinate problems with syndic, Mail: direct reception at our office or picking up your mail, Bill management (electricity, telephone, taxes...), Tax administration, Personal representation at the annual co-owner’s meeting of your building.
Ø General repairs and decorating Contact with any tradesmen you might need (plumbers, electricians…) Furniture and decoration : help and organisation Contact with receiving goods and purchases. According to your choice of material, we order it and take delivery of it
Ø Home contracts Arranging for connection of internet, satellite TV Home & Car insurance, reglementation, rental, purchase…
Owners who contact us manage their apartment themselves for booking but are looking for an agent to monitor their property throughout the year. You can find here some advice before renting your property. We offer a property care service which includes meet and greet services, cleaning services and maintenance services.
Ø Meet and greet services We welcome your guests at the apartment or we can escort them to the apartment. We show them around your apartment, give them general information about the area. Our meet and greet service includes a welcome basket and linen and towels. At your guests' disposal is a welcome book, a map of Nice and a practical guide. We are available throughout their stay. Our price is per tenancy. We can do a package with cleaning services.
Ø Cleaning services We assure the cleaning of your apartment before the stay of your guests and prepare it with sheets, towels and beds freshly made up. We also provide a basic grocery pack (bottle of wine, tea, coffee, milk, biscuits). Laundering and pressing of linen is included. We generally cover a meet and greet service in Nice, but don’t hesitate to contact us if it is out of this area; we will try to accommodate you with agents. Ø Our tariffs
