Property search

We cover all phases of the installation process from the search to the closing of a renting or purchasing deal from Menton to Toulon.
Our assistance is not only limited to finding housing: we also take care of the walk-throughs, insurance, utilities, moves and even purchases linked to a move. Our consultants advise families, setting them the right direction in adapting to a new place and lifestyle.
We carefully search the market which is covered exhaustively, using our regional 'know-how' and network to the full, in order to find a suitable home.

 

Step 1 - Determination of the needs

A first contact is used to better target further searches and to know your priorities for your housing needs

A housing requirement form is set up

We give you information about the different French Riviera living options (towns, villages, schools), the type of year round life and cost of living. And also a welcome book with documentation on the region: schools, maps, practical addresses…

 

Step 2 - Property search 

An orientation tour of the local area is planned if required to determinate the area search

We review all properties currently available by working with local estate agents, professional websites and our extensive private contacts

We send you property reports with all details and photos after each visit to determinate which one you would visit

We will take care to plan visits with you. We will pick you up at the hotel or the airport and will be your "chauffeur".

 

Step 3 - Visits and help in closing the negotiations

We help you to negotiate the tenancy agreement and submit the application

We check the lease terms before signing

We assist you in signing the lease and for the check in (inventory of furnishings if needed).

 

Step 4 - Home contracts

- French bank accounts opening: accompanying you to set up a bank account

- Insurance assistance

- Utility hook-ups and billing (water, telephone, electricity, internet, satellite TV...)

 

Step 5 - Follow up

We spend time with you to explain and help you to resolve problems related to the new environment (bills, contact with any tradesmen you might need (plumbers, electricians…)).
