objective of a relocation company is to relieve you and your family from
as many problems as possible linked to moving to a new location.
The
services provided are housing and school searches, assistance with
administrative formalities and general support.
The
relocation company is not a real estate agency: agency fees are not
included in the Relocation package.
Relocation companies are financially independent of landlords, estate
agents etc.
Relocation companies do not share or receive any commission from
realtors or owners.
Your
employer pays relocation companies fees.

It is
comprised of eight easy steps:
1. Initial consultation
We
analyse your requirements at a preliminary meeting, either on the phone
or in person. We need to know your family, your priorities and the type
of property you are looking for, its condition, facilities, space,
proximity to local amenities and schools, and investment value. We
provide you a welcome book to know the French Riviera.
2. Orientation tour (if required)
If you
are want to get to know the area before deciding, we will take you on a
tour of those areas that we believe will match your requirements.
3. Property search and initial preview
Once you
have decided on an area, we review all properties currently available by
working with internet, local estate agents and our extensive private
contacts.
We carefully comb the market, using our regional 'know-how' and network
to the fullest, in order to find you a suitable home. We then draw up an
initial list of suitable properties that match your needs, visit each
property on your behalf, and then send you property reports.
4. Your viewings
After
your short list, we schedule appointments, at your convenience. We
collect you from temporary/hotel accommodation and drop-off as required.
We provide itinerary and accompany you during property viewings.
5. Property selection and negotiation
Once you
have chosen the right property, we will conduct all the negotiations and
submit the application for rentals. We check the lease terms before
signing.
6.
Ensuring completion
Once an
offer has been accepted, we liaise with the estate agent or private
seller, lawyers, surveyors, mortgage lenders and others. We assist you
in signing the lease and for the check-in (inventory of furnishings if
needed). We arrange full translation of the lease document. WE arrange
the handover of the keys.
7.
Home contracts
We
assist you in opening a French bank account and arrange connection of
utilities: water, telephone, electricity, internet, satellite TV...
8.
Follow up
We provide you a welcome book with essential
information about living on the French Riviera (doctors, emergency,
shops...).
We can
explain your first utility bills, so that are comprehensible. As well as
other matters regarding life in France (health care, taxes...)
